Payment Terms

• Immediate Billing: Your chosen payment method will be charged immediately upon completion and confirmation of your order at checkout.

• Currency: All transactions are processed in USD ($). If you are ordering internationally (e.g., from Austria, Australia, or the UAE), your bank may apply currency conversion fees.

Security & Fraud Prevention

• To protect our customers, all transactions must clear our automated fraud screening system.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order that flags security warnings. If your order is canceled or if we require additional verification, we will reach out to you via Contact@CARRYNEX.Store.

Order Cancellations & Adjustments

Because we process and ship orders quickly from our Texas fulfillment center (usually within 1–2 business days), request modifications or cancellations immediately. Once an order is handed over to carriers like USPS, FedEx, or DHL, it cannot be canceled, and you must follow our standard 30-day return process.
